【Abstract】 Land deal was once a common social phenomenon in the countryside of central Hebei during the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China.It is the important evidence in support of the transmissions of land ownership.It can be seen from the deeds of land deal given by the Zhang family in Shulu county.The deeds the family had made conformed to the es- sential factors of making modern contracts and to the fundamental features of the form of clauses in modern contracts. The law authenticity of the deeds was admitted by the government at that time.As a result,the land deals in the coun- tryside of Central Hebei during the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China reflected the spirit of making deeds freely in modern time.更多还原
