【摘要】 目的建立牡丹皮药材的HPLC指纹图谱鉴别方法。方法色谱条件:色谱柱:迪马公司D iam onsil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)。流动相:甲醇-水溶液梯度洗脱。流量:1mL.m i-n 1。检测波长:280nm。以丹皮酚为参照物。结果指纹图谱共有色谱峰的稳定性、精密度和重复性试验中的RSD均小于6%,符合有关规定〔1〕。结论本研究可作为鉴定牡丹皮药材质量的方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To set up the fingerprints chromatography of Mudanpi crude drugs by HPLC.METHODS The measurement conditions used are as follows:it was carried out on Diamonsil C₁₈（4.6mm×250mm,5μm） column;mobile phase:it was adapted gradient with methanol-water solution;flow rate:1mL·min^-1;wavelength:280nm.Paeonol was used as reference compound.RESULTS The RSD of stability precision and reproducibility did not reach 6%.CONCLUSION The method can be used to be one of the quality control of Mudanpi crude drugs.更多还原
