【Abstract】 A corporation is a large system of resources and competence,consisting of substantive subsystem,managerial subsystem and knowledge subsystem,which in turn are composed of different factors.In the meantime,a corporation itself is a small system in the large system of social environment.In terms of corporate learning and adaptation,the reasons for corporate growth involve market environment and internal coordination,but the key lies in that internal coordination and interaction stimulate growing corporate competence.更多还原
