【摘要】 目的:研究菲牛蛭提取物对抗动物血栓形成的作用。方法:采用家兔动脉血栓和大白鼠静脉血栓模型,静脉注射菲牛蛭提取物每千克60个抗凝血酶单位(60ATU/kg),用生理盐水作阴性对照。测定其对动脉及静脉血栓形成的作用。结果:给药后,菲牛蛭提取物对动脉血栓、静脉血栓湿重和干重均有明显减轻作用,与生理盐水对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0·05)。结论:菲牛蛭提取物有较强的抗动物血栓形成作用,具有潜在的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the antithrombotic effect of the extract from the Guangxi Hirudinaria manillensis on animal thrombosis. Methods: Administering the extract in arterial thrombosis model in rabbits and venous thrombosis model in rats by means of pulmonary embolism. The extract from the Guangxi Hirudinaria manillensis was given by intravenous injection at 60 ATU/kg,0.85% saline was used as negative control to observe the thrombolytic effects. Result: It was showed that moist weights of arterial thrombosis, venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism were marketly lightened compared with 0.85% of the saline group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The extract from the Guangxi Hirudinaria manillensis has obvious thrombolytic effect on experimental thrombosis, indicating its potential clinical application values.更多还原
