学校变革中的若干问题与合作型学校的构建

【摘要】 学校变革的复杂性与不确定性,决定了现实中的学校在选择变革与发展的路径时,常存在着各种认识上的模糊问题。构建合作型学校的设想,为有效解决这些问题提供了一种思路。

【Abstract】 Due to complexity and uncertainty of school reform, there are vague problems when a school selects the route of reforms and developments.Founding of cooperative-type school has offered a kind of thought to solve these problems effectively.
