【摘要】 知情权是消费者的一项基本权利,我国《消费者权益保护法》对此有专门的规定。由于社会的发展、科技的进步及对《消法》修改的滞后性,致使消费者知情权保护问题受到新的挑战。我们要采取完善与保护消费者知情权有关的法律法规,规划我国政府机构、社会团体组织的职能建设,帮消费者“种”法律意识等措施进一步保护消费者的知情权。更多还原

【Abstract】 The right to know is one of consumers’basic rights.In this regard,specific provisions are written in the Law of the Protection of Consumers’ Rights and Interests of PRC.However,under new circumstances,the issue concerning the protection of consumers’right to know is faced with new challenges.The present paper tries to discuss some problems arising in protecting consumers’right to know,and put forward several suggestions in this respect.更多还原
