【摘要】 通过对不同产地、不同生长时期鸡骨草总皂甙含量进行测定,探讨鸡骨草皂甙积累规律。结果表明,产自广西南宁的鸡骨草总皂甙含量最高,产自广西平南的与其相近,重庆的含量最低;不同时期鸡骨草总皂甙含量呈抛物线变化,在12月底含量最高。因此,以皂甙为质量指标的鸡骨草药材宜在12月或稍后采收,这和传统采收季节相吻合。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to approach the accumulation trend of saponins of chicken-bone herba,the total saponins content of chicken-bone herba derived from different habitats and different growth stages were determined.The results indicated that the total saponins content of chicken-bone herba cultivated in Nanning of Guangxi was the largest among the three habitats,and the next was that from Pingnan in Guangxi,while that from Chongqing was the lowest.The accumulative trend of total saponins of chicken-bone herba in different growth stages showed parabola variation,and the total saponins content reached to the highest value at the end of December.Therefore,it is the best time to harvest chicken-bone herba in December or latter according to the content of total saponins,which tallied with the traditional harvest time.更多还原
