壳聚糖及其衍生物在生物工程中应用

【摘要】 壳聚糖是甲壳素脱乙酰化的产物,既能生物合成,又可被生物降解,且不污染环境。本文概述了壳聚糖及其衍生物的研究情况和最新进展,着重讨论了它们在生物工程领域中的应用。

【Abstract】 Chitosan was a kind of uniform polysaccharide containing amines.It could be not only biosynthesis but also biodegration.And it would not pollute environment.The present situation and the latest progress of chitosan and their derivatives in biological engineering field were reviewed.
