40Cr钢表面低温气体碳、氮、氧多元共渗层的摩擦学性能

【摘要】 利用低温气体多元共渗技术将碳、氮、氧元素同时渗入40Cr钢表面形成改性层。分析了保温时间对渗层厚度的影响,研究了改性层的显微组织、厚度、结构、渗层硬度及干摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:经多元共渗后表面改性层由疏松层、白亮层和过渡层组成;白亮层的硬度最高,达到850 HV,多元共渗后40Cr钢表面的耐磨性能显著提高。

【Abstract】 The modified layer on the surface of 40Cr was prepared by low temperature gas multi-element penetration technique. The microstructure and phase of the penetrateded layer were examined by SEM and XRD. The friction and wear behavior of the modified layer under dry sliding against GCr15 steel was evaluated on a ballon-disc test rig. The modified layer was composed of a loose layer, a bright layer and a transition layer. The surface hardness of 40Cr was improved, the microhardness of the surface was about 850 HV. The anti-wear property of 40Cr was enhanced notably.
