单纯疱疹病毒潜伏感染的分子基础
Molecular Basis of Herpes Simplex Virus Latent Infection
【摘要】 单纯疱疹病毒在体内的生存策略是建立潜伏感染,一定条件下被激活而致病情复发。虽然近年来在分子水平对潜伏感染和再激活进行了相当的研究,但确切机制尚不十分清楚。目前受到关注的主要有潜伏相关转录体、立即早期基因、病毒蛋白16、组蛋白修饰以及CD8+T细胞。进一步研究有助于寻找和发现针对性预防和治疗HSV感染的新方法或药物。
【Abstract】 The survival strategy of herpes simplex virus centers on developing latent infection and periodic reactivation. Despite being the subject of recent researches, the exact mechanisms underlying the latency and reactivation have been proven remarkably difficult to dissect at a molecular level. The focus of the researches is mainly on the latency associated transcripts, immediate early genes, virion protein 16, histone modifications and CD8+ cells in individuals infected by HSV. The further research will help to seek and find new methods or drugs preventing and treating HSV infection.
