固体发动机捆绑式加压成型装药工艺研究

【摘要】 对固体发动机1次6发捆绑式真空浇注加压成型的装药工艺技术进行了研究。采用药浆流过封闭连续流场,以增加压差,推动药浆流动,克服流场阻力等技术,设计出分离气路、药浆物料流路的新型浇注系统,用于122 mm发动机装药批量生产。经发动机药柱整形、药面表观检查和地面热试车抽试考核表明,采用该装药工艺成型的发动机性能质量良好。

【Abstract】 The propellant loading technique with strap-on vacuum casting pressure forming process for six motors once was studied.A new casting system for separating gas path from propellant slurry flow path was designed by using some techniques,for example,propellant slurry passed through enclosed and continuous flow field so as to increase pressure difference,push propellant flowing and overcome flow field resistance.The system was used for propellant batch production of BSF 122 mm motor.Through trim and surface inspection of propellant grain as well as random inspection of ground firing test,the results show that the motors with the propellant loading technique have good performances.
