SnO2-Cu2(OH)3NO3-CuO复合超细粉体的制备及其对AP热分解催化作用

【摘要】 通过水热法合成了SnO2-Cu2(OH)3NO3-CuO、Cu2(OH)3NO3-CuO及SnO2超细粉体,采用XRD、FTIR、TEM和SEM等分析手段对水热产物的物相组成、形貌、粒径进行了分析表征,并考察了它们对AP热分解的催化性能。DSC测试结果表明,水热法合成的SnO2-Cu2(OH)3NO3-CuO复合超细粉体,对AP的热分解催化效果显著,当其添加量为3%时,能使AP的高温热分解峰温降低155℃左右。

【Abstract】 SnO2-Cu2(OH)3NO3-CuO,Cu2(OH)3NO3-CuO and SnO2 ultrafine powders were successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method.Microstructure,morphology and particle size of hydrothermal products were characterized by means of FTIR,XRD,TEM and SEM,etc.The catalytic properties of the prepared samples on thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate(AP) were investigated.The DSC results show that catalytic effect of the SnO2-Cu2(OH)3NO3-CuO ultrafine powder on AP thermal decomposition is remarkable.The AP thermal decomposition temperature decreases by about 155 ℃ when addition amount of SnO2-Cu2(OH)3NO3-CuO is up to 3%.
