天津市创建节水型社会的总体目标及发展模式

【摘要】 阐述了天津市面临的水资源问题和创建节水型社会的必要性,进而提出了天津市建设节水型社会的总体目标以及节水型社会的发展模式,以确保天津市水资源的可持续循环利用。

【Abstract】 The existing water problems of Tianjin City and the necessity to construct an innovation water-conservation society are addressed. Then the general goals and water-conservation society’s development pattern are proposed, thus guaranteeing the sustainable development of the Tianjin water resources.
