微絮凝过滤处理污水厂二级出水用作景观水研究
Study on Secondary Effluent Reuse as Scenic Water by Using Microflocculation Filtration
【摘要】 采用微絮凝过滤法处理城市污水厂二级出水,研究了将其回用于人工景观水体的可行性,并采用L9(34)正交表安排试验,考察了影响微絮凝过滤效果的因素。结果表明,最佳试验条件:PAC投量为12 mg/L、阳离子RT2300投量为0.3 mg/L、反应时间为30 s、滤速为8 m/h,此时过滤周期达12 h,出水COD为25~30 mg/L,出水浊度、色度、总磷分别在1 NTU、25倍、1 mg/L以下,出水水质可满足人工景观用水的要求。
【Abstract】 Using micro-flocculation filtration as the main treatment process,an experiment on secondary effluent in an urban wastewater treatment plant was carried out.The results indicate that under the optimal conditions of PAC dose 12 mg/L,cationic RT 2300 dose 0.3 mg/L,reaction time 30 s,the filtration speed 8 m/h and the operating time 12 hours,the effluent COD,turbidity,color and total phosphorus are 25-30 mg/L,below 1 NTU,25 times and 1 mg/L,respectively.The effluent quality can meet the requirement for scenic water use.
