Fenton试剂强化铁炭微电解预处理高浓有机废水

Study on Pretreatment of High Concentration and Refractory Organic Wastewater by Ferric-Carbon Micro-electrolysis and Fenton Reagent

【摘要】 研究了Fenton试剂法强化铁炭微电解工艺对高浓度难生化有机废水的预处理效果。结果表明,当原水COD在9 000 mg/L、铁炭微电解反应时间为100 m in、pH值为2.2时,铁炭微电解对原水COD的去除率>45%;铁炭微电解出水再投加240 mg/L的H2O2(30%)进行Fenton试剂法处理,常温下反应50 m in对原水COD的去除率可提高到75%以上。铁炭微电解+Fenton试剂联合工艺的除污效果好、运行稳定、成本低廉,适宜对高浓度难生化有机废水的预处理。

【Abstract】 The combined techniques of ferric-carbon microelectrolysis and Fenton reagent for treating high concentration and refractory organic wastewater were studied.Results show that when the COD in influent is 9 000 mg/L,the reaction time for the micro-electrolysis is approximately 100 min and pH is 2.2,the removal rate of COD is above 45%.When the dosage of H2O2(30%)is 240 mg/L and the reaction time is 50 minutes,the removal rate of COD is raised to above 75% in raw wastewater by Fenton reagent.Ferric-carbon micro-electrolysis and Fenton reagent techniques are highly efficient in removal of pollutants,stable in operation and low in cost,thus are suitable for treatment of high concentration and refractory organic wastewater.
