【摘要】 目的研究血清-腹水清蛋白浓度梯度(SAAG)及腹水胆固醇在肝性腹水和非肝性腹水鉴别诊断中的价值。方法选择腹水患者86例,其中肝性腹水52例,非肝性腹水34例。采用全自动生化分析仪测定血清和腹水清蛋白及胆固醇,SAAG值为血清清蛋白与腹水清蛋白值之差。结果肝性腹水组SAAG为(18.46±8.67)g/L,非肝性腹水组为(8.33±3.61)g/L,两者比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01);92.31%的肝性腹水患者SAAG>11g/L,而非肝性腹水患者均<11 g/L。肝性腹水组腹水胆固醇为(0.34±0.23)g/L,非肝性腹水组为(0.82±0.31)g/L,两者比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01);肝性腹水组腹水胆固醇<0.55 g/L者占88.46%,而非肝性腹水组均>0.55 g/L。结论SAAG及腹水胆固醇检测在肝性和非肝性腹水鉴别诊断中有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the significance of serum-ascites albumin gradient(SAAG) and ascites cholesterol in differential diagnosis between hepatogenic and non-hepatogenic ascites.Methods Eighty-six patients with ascites(52 with hepatogenic ascites and 34 with non-hepatogenic ascites) were chosen as study subjects.Autobiochemical analysis system was applied to detect serum and ascites albumin and cholesterol.SAAG value were calculated.Results SAAG in hepatogenic ascites group and non-hepatogenic group were((18.46)±(8.67)) g/L and((8.33)±(3.61)) g/L,respectively.There was significant difference between two groups(P<(0.01)).SAAG of 92.31% of hepatogenic ascites patients were >11 g/L,and SAAG of all non-hepatogenic ascites patients were <11 g/L.Ascites cholesterol in hepatogenic ascites group and non-hepatogenic ascites group were((0.34)±(0.23)) g/L and((0.82)±(0.31)) g/L respectively(P<(0.01)),ascites cholesterol in(88.46%) of hepatogenic ascites group were(<0.55 g/L),and ascites cholesterol in all non-hepatogenic ascites patients were(>0.55 g/L).Conclusion There are important significance of SAAG and ascites cholesterol in differential diagnosis between hepatogenic and non-hepatogenic ascites.更多还原
