氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定食用菌中总砷的方法研究
Study on Determination of Total Arsenic in the Edible Mushroom by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
【摘要】 深入剖析了氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定食用菌中总砷的测定方法。结果表明:采用混合酸(HNO3-HC lO4=5∶1)消解样品,以盐酸介质作为载流,样品酸度控制在10%时进行样品分析,测得值准确可靠。在0—50μg/L范围内,总砷的浓度与荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数达到0.9998以上。RSD小于3.04%。加标回收率处于90.0%—97.2%之间。方法线性范围宽,简便快速,稳定性好,灵敏度高,可广泛应用于各类食用菌产品中总砷的测定。
【Abstract】 The edible mushrooms sample was digested by HNO3HClO4,hydrochloric acid as carry liquid in 10% acidity,then the total arsenic in the samples were determined by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The linear range of the standard curve is 0—50μg/L with the regression coefficient of 0.9998,and RSD under 3.04%.The added recovery is in the range of 90.0%—97.2%.The method is simple and fast with good stability and nice linearity.It can widely be applied in detection of total arsenic in the edible mushroom.
