【摘要】 目的:研究大豆苷元对小鼠前列腺增生的抑制作用。方法:皮下注射丙酸睾酮,制造小鼠前列腺增生模型,观察小鼠前列腺湿重、前列腺指数、光镜下前列腺形态学的变化,研究大豆苷元对小鼠前列腺增生的抑制作用。结果:大豆苷元能明显抑制由丙酸睾丸酮诱发的小鼠前列腺增生。结论:大豆苷元对丙酸睾丸酮所致小鼠前列腺增生具有显著的拮抗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study on inhibiting effect of daidzein on Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia of mice.Methods:Models of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia were established by subcutaneous injection testosterone propionate in mice.We observed the prostate glandular wet weights,indexes of prostate glandular and morphological changes of prostate glandular to investigate the effect of daidzein on Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia model of mice.Results:daidzein can apparently inhibit Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia in mice induced by testosterone propionate.Conclusion:daidzein have significant inhibiting effect on Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia induced by testosterone propionate in mice.更多还原
