水基高固相含量β-磷酸三钙浆料的制备及其流变性研究
Studies on rheological behavior and preparation of high concentrated aqueousβ-TCP suspension
【摘要】 为了制备出高固相体积含量、分散性好的-βTCP陶瓷浆料,本文系统地研究了影响-βTCP浆料流变性的因素如浆料的pH值、分散剂的用量、固相含量、球磨时间等。实验表明,当pH值=9时,加入2%(体积分数)左右的分散剂,球磨8h,能够制备出满足凝胶注模成型工艺的高固相含量、低粘度-βTCP/BG陶瓷浆料。
【Abstract】 For preparation of a concentrated suspension with high volume solid loading and good dispersal property,the major factors that would influence on rheological property of β-TCP slurry are studied in this paper,which include the pH value,concentration of the dispersant,solid loading,milling times,and so on.The experimental results indicate that the β-TCP/BG slurry with solid loading of 58vol% is prepared by pH value coming up to 9,milling time up to 8h and using proper dispersant.
