【摘要】 大型回转式空气预热器支承轴承的选用多采用平面推力瓦块式轴承和球面辊子推力轴承2种形式。从设计受力分析角度看,两者都可选用。平面推力瓦块式轴承承载能力大、寿命长,但对安装和环境要求高。球面辊子推力轴承结构简单,对环境要求相对比较低,但寿命较短。从目前电厂的运行环境来看,实际中以选择球面辊子推力轴承为好。更多还原

【Abstract】 In large size air preheater designing,plain thrust shoes type bearing and roller thrust type bearing as it’s support bearing.From the stress analysis point both types bearing all fitting for air preheater equipments.The plain shoes type bearing with huge capacity for the rotor load and with long operating life,but meanwhile asking for very strict operation condition and lubrication.Roller type thrust bearing can give simple design structure and easy to maintain and lower requirement of it’s lubrication condition,but give shorter using life comparatively.Form the view point of power plant operating,roller type thrust bearing will be first selection by the designer.更多还原
