火电厂锅炉报警诊断专家系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 为了及时、方便地根据火电厂锅炉系统的报警信息诊断出故障原因,并为设备提供检修参考和决策意见,使用Visual C++和专家系统工具CLIPS开发了火电厂锅炉报警诊断专家系统。简单介绍了使用VC++与CLIPS结合开发的原因。给出了该系统的总体结构,介绍了其基本功能。用Visual C++实现了专家系统的界面、报警信息的输入、数据的处理等外壳部分。CLIPS用来实现诊断的核心部分包括知识库的构建和推理机的实现。使用动态链接库DLL嵌入式实现了Visual C++和CLIPS的混合编程。最后给出了系统运行实例。开发的专家系统功能能够根据用户提供的报警信息及时、在线地给出故障原因和操作指导。系统界面友好,功能完善,知识库易于维护和更新。

【Abstract】 In order to diagnose the fault reason by alarm information of boiler system in thermal power plant in time and conveniently and offer reference and decision-making for examine and repair,the expert system for alarm diagnosis of boiler in thermal power plant is developed using Visual C++ and expert system tool CLIPS.The reason that use VC++ and CLIPS is introduced simply.The whole structure of system is given and basic function is introduced.The Visual C++ realize the interface of expert system,the input of alarm information,the dispose of data and crust.The CLIPS realize the diagnostic hardcore including knowledge base building and inference engine realizing.The hybrid programming is realized by embedment with dynamic link library type.At last the running example of system is given.The expert system developed present fault reason and operating instruction in time and online by the alarm information that user given.The interface of system is friendly and function is perfect and knowledge base is easily to maintain and update.
