高温高盐采油废水的生物处理
Biological treatment of wastewater from petroleum production at high temperature and salinity
【摘要】 某采油废水的温度为50℃左右,总盐度为27.4~31.8 g/L,氯离子浓度为14 000~15 000mg/L,CODC r、BOD5和石油类质量浓度分别为460~560、146~180.2和10~50 mg/L,经UASB+SBR工艺处理后,出水COD约为50 mg/L左右,BOD5约为12.6 mg/L,石油类低于检测限0.5mg/L,均能达到国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)的一级标准.
【Abstract】 The temperature of wastewater produced by petroleum from a terminal disposal plant is about 50 ℃.Salinity containing ranges from 27.4 to 31.8 g/L.The Cl-is of 14 00015 000 mg/L.The COD,BOD5 and oil are 460560,146180.2 and 10~50 mg/L respectively.The combined process of UASB and SBR was applied to treat the wastewater.COD and BOD5 of the effluent were about 50 and 12.6 mg/L.The oil is lower than 0.5 mg/L after the treatment and meets the first degree of the National Wastewater Discharge Standard of China(GB 8978-1996).
