【摘要】 目的探讨小儿静脉留置针穿刺失败相关因素及护理对策。方法对小儿静脉留置针穿刺失败的各种因素进行回顾性分析。结果留置针穿刺失败以护士不良心理因素、患儿血管情况较差、护士技术水平等为主要原因。结论进行小儿静脉留置针穿刺应提高护士心理素质,提高技术水平及合理选择血管是预防穿刺失败的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation factors about the failure of the child venousinserted needle puncture and nursing counterplan.Methods To retrospectively analyze the variousfactors about the failure of infant venous inserted needle puncture.Results the main causes of thechild venous inserted needle puncture failure are the adverse psychologic factors of nurse、the poorcondition of the children patients blood vessel and the technical level of nurse.Conclusions To carryout the child venous inserted needle puncture should improve their psychological quality and technicallevel of nurse.
