【摘要】 目的探讨使用主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)治疗中的心理护理措施。方法对38例使用IABP治疗的患者进行救护、观察的同时,对这些患者进行系统的心理护理。结果38例患者应用IABP时间为(79.8±37.2)h。其中30例好转出院,8例死亡。与国内报道相比较,死亡率无差异(P值>0.05),但IABP使用时间显著缩短(P值<0.05)。结论对使用IABP治疗的患者进行心理护理,可有效地提高护理质量、消除患者不良情绪反应、增加患者治疗信心,对提高患者生活质量具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the psychological nursing intervention in the patients treated with Intra-arotic Balloon Pump(IABP).Methods The systemic psychological nursing wsa carried out in 38 Patients treated with IABP. Results The IABP was used in those patients for (79.8±37.2)h, 30 patients recovered and 8 of them were dead. The support time treated with IABP in this group were significantly short than that in the group of home reports (P<0.05),but no significant different was found in the mortality of the tow groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the patient treated with IABP, psychological nursing intervention can efficiently improve the nursing quality, help to remove the bad emotional response, increase the self-confidence of overcoming the disease and be of important significance in enhancing the quality of patients life.更多还原
