【摘要】 目的探讨高龄老年直肠癌的临床特点及积极手术治疗的可行性,总结围手术期处理的经验。方法回顾性分析75例高龄老年直肠癌患者的临床资料。结果75例病人中,根治性切除48例,姑息性切除12例,手术死亡4例。结论高龄不是手术禁忌症,通过对合并有其他疾病的高龄老年直肠癌病人加强围手术期处理和积极行手术治疗,可降低并发症及病死率获得较满意的长期疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical of manifestations and surgery feasibility of rectal cancer in elderly patients. Methods The data of 75 patients who were older than 70 in our hospital were retrospectively analysed. Results Amongst these 75 cases , radical resection were performed in 48 cases and palliative resection in 12 cases . 4 cases died after operation.Conclusion The elder were not contraindications of the operation. The elder patients can tolerate operation by optimal prepa- ration and careful treatment .For early and middle stage rectal cancer radical rectorectomy may achieve fine long-term outcome.更多还原
