内窥镜下逆行性胰胆管造影术的应用与护理

【摘要】 目的探讨十二指肠镜下逆行性胰胆管造影术(ERCP)的护理要点。方法对406例作ERCP术的患者的护理工作中的体会加以总结。结果本组资料406例,在护理工作密切配合下,成功率达96%。结论ERCP术是诊断及治疗胰胆管各种疾病的相对简单及安全的一项新方法,掌握适应症及禁忌症,做好术前、术中及术后护理工作对操作成败十分重要。

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience of the nursing-care in the Endoscopic RetrogradeCholedochopancreatography(ERCP) via endoscope.Methods A retrospective study was investigated in 406 patientsreceived ERCP.Results By the cooperation of nursing-care,The effective rate was 96%.Conclusion ERCP is asafe ,effective,less traumatic and cosmetically excellent method in the selected patients and the nursing-careis also very important.
