【Abstract】 The patients who have caught normal tension glaucoma have typical visual field loss of glaucoma and the change of optic disc related glaucoma, but the tension still belongs to normal range statistically. Therefore, the ailment is not easy to perceive and the patients are impossible to be enough consideration, often damages optic disc and optic nerve irreversibly. Modern research indicates the normal tension glaucoma is the result of the combining reactions among mechanical factors, vessel factors and autoimmunity defectively factors. To reduce the intraocular tension over 30% is necessary and advantage for it. At the same time, the medicine which to improve optic nerve’s blood provision and protect optic nerve are considered.更多还原
