【Abstract】 This article analyses American policies on how to prevent nuclear terrorism and holds that the Bush administration had made some progress in this respect,but failed to construct a coherent policy framework in preventing nuclear terrorism.From preemptive strategy to counter-proliferation and homeland security policy, the Bush administration made many mistakes and the policy failure is mainly due to errors in the strategy.更多还原
