【Abstract】 Opposit to what people usually assume,harmony is usually involved with contradiction.It is the result of "the consistency" or "the reconciliation" of two contradictory sides and has to be based on the respects of the contradictory difference,independence and multiplicity.Harmony is also the essence of Chinese traditional culture as is manifested in the Confucianism and Taoism.The Confucianists believe in the harmony of interpersonal relationship and the Taoists emphasize on the harmony of nature relations.While our party creatively proposed the ruling idea of "constructing the harmonious socialism society" according to the actual development situation in our country,which causes widespread discussion in the academic domain.This article will mainly discuss about the development of billions of high qualified workers’ harmonious quality which is needed during "constructing the harmonious socialism society".更多还原
