中华眼镜蛇毒C组分对荷人胶质细胞瘤株U-251裸鼠血清抗氧化酶活性的影响
Fraction C from Naja Naja Atra Venom (NNAV) on serum antioxidant enzyme activity of human glioma bearing nude mice
【摘要】 目的探讨中华眼镜蛇毒C组分对荷人胶质细胞瘤株U-251裸鼠血清抗氧化酶活性的影响。方法取荷人胶质细胞瘤株U-251的Balb/c裸鼠,经腹腔注射低、中、高浓度的FCNNAV1mg/L、5mg/L、10mg/L,采用比色法检测裸鼠血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性。结果荷人胶质细胞瘤株U-251裸鼠血清SOD、GSH-PX、CAT活性显著高于正常裸鼠组(P<0.05),MDA含量显著低于正常裸鼠组(P<0.05)。结论中华眼镜蛇毒C组分的抑瘤作用可能与其提高荷瘤鼠血血清抗氧化酶活性的影响有关。
【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the changes of plasma antioxidant enzyme activity in nude mice bearing human glioma and observe the effect of fraction C(FC) from Naja Naja Atra Venom (NNAV) on them. MethodsHuman glioma U251 bearing nude mice was used in this study. Low, middle and high concentration FC NNAV solution(1 mg/L, 5 mg/L,10 mg/L) were injected into the nude mices. Then colorimetry was used to test the consentration of super oxide dismutas (SOD), catalase (CAT), malon dialdehyde (MDA), and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX). Resultshe level of SOD, GSH-Px and CAT activity were significant higher(P<0.05). While MDA were significant lower(P<0.05) than that of non-treated group. ConclusionThe antitumor effect of NNAV might be by means of increasing antioxidant enzyme activity in nude mice bearing human human glioma.
