湿法烟气脱硫装置中除雾器的性能试验方法

【摘要】 除雾器是湿法烟气脱硫装置中的主要设备之一,除雾器的性能考核是烟气脱硫装置的性能考核试验的主要项目之一,而目前我国还没有有关除雾器性能试验的相关方法和标准。为此,介绍一种除雾器的性能试验方法———Mg2+示踪法,阐述了试验原理。由于该试验方法的重点和难点在于烟气中液滴的采集过程,因而着重介绍了采样系统的组成以及试验中应注意的技术问题,并举出对某机组除雾器进行性能考核时测试的数据和计算结果。

【Abstract】 Demisters are one of the main equipments in wet flue gas desulfurization (FGD) devices, and the performance test of demisters constitutes one of the major items in the performance test of FGD devices. On account of the fact that there are no relevant means and standards about the performance test of demisters in China at present, this paper presents the Mg 2+ tracer method and expounds its test principle. Seeing that the emphasis and difficulty of the method lie in the collecting process of liquid droplets in flue gas, this paper emphatically describes the configuration of the sampling system as well as the technical problems needing attention in the test. The demister performance test data and calculation results of a certain unit are also included.
