锅炉受热面辐射吸热量面积系数计算公式的简化
Simplification of area coefficient calculation formula for radiant heat absorption of boiler heating surface
【摘要】 锅炉壁温计算是锅炉设计及事故改造中的一项重要工作,锅炉受热面辐射吸热量面积系数计算公式則是壁温计算中不可缺少的重要环节,但原面积系数计算公式过于繁琐,为此,引入了函数E(t),并对E(t)的物理意义进行了描述,从而简化了锅炉受热面壁温计算中的面积系数计算公式,便于编程计算。经实际算例验证,与原辐射吸热量面积系数计算公式的计算结果基本一致,相对误差小于1%。
【Abstract】 Boiler wall temperature calculation is very important in boiler design and boiler reconstruction, and the area coefficient calculation formula for radiant heat absorption of boiler heating surface is a must in the wall temperature calculation. On account of the undue complicacy of the original area coefficient calculation formula, the function E(t) is introduced, and its physical meaning is described, so as to simplify the formula and facilitate programming computation. It is verified by examples that the results of the simplified formula are basically identical to the original formula and the relative error is smaller than 1%.
