PVC非线性粘弹性行为的研究
Study on Nonlinear Viscoelastic Behavior of PVC
【摘要】 .研究了室温下聚氯乙烯(PVC)的应变率敏感性和短期蠕变行为,应用时间-温度-应力等效原理,可以将不同应力水平下的蠕变曲线移位成某一参考应力水平下的主曲线,从而可以通过较高应力水平下的短期蠕变行为来预测较低应力水平下的较长期的蠕变行为.着重分析了聚氯乙烯(PVC)非线性蠕变行为的时间-应力等效性.
【Abstract】 The strain rate sensitivity and short-time creep behavior are investigated at the room-temperature.The author presents the time-temperature-stress equivalence principle,by which the creep curves under different stress levels can be shifted into a master curve at a reference stress state.Thus the long-term creep behavior of viscoelastic materials under lower stress can be predicted from short-term one under higher stress.We focuse on studying the nonlinear creep behavior of PVC under room-temperature using the time-stress equivalence.
