基于CAN总线的盾构施工控制系统的研究
CAN-bus-based monitoring system for shield-driven tunneling
【摘要】 根据盾构机施工控制的特点,分析盾构的控制系统的功能和实现方法,然后利用87C52X2和SJA1000芯片作为子节点,构成局域网络控制器(CAN)总线控制系统,并给出了系统的软、硬件设计.该控制系统具有实时性强、传输速率快、抗干扰能力强、结构简单、可处理复杂算法等特点,可用于盾构机施工的监控.
【Abstract】 Based on the characteristics of shield-driven tunneling, the functionality and realization of a controller area network bus(CAN)-bus-based monitoring system is first proposed in this study. The 87C52X2 and SJA1000 chips are accordingly utilized as sub-nodes of the monitoring system, which comprises hardware and software components. Finally, it is revealed that, during shield-driven tunneling, this system possesses such high performances as real-time monitoring, data transmission, anti-disturbance, simple structure configuration and complex model processing.
