【摘要】 目的了解海门市农村社区成人脂肪肝的患病率及相关因素。方法选取海门镇振邦村20岁以上常住居民进行调查,获取一般情况、体格检查(身高、体重、腰围、臂围、血压等)、生化指标(空腹血糖、血酯、肝功能等)以及肝脏超声诊断结果。结果在670例调查对象中共发现脂肪肝87例,患病率为12.99%(男13.11%,女12.93%),标化患病率为12.52%(男23.54%,女9.53%)。男性以30岁以上组最高,女性以70岁以上组最高,但标化后也以30岁以上最高。男性各年龄组间患病率差异有统计学意义(x2=24.22,P<0.01),30岁以上组、40岁以上组同年龄组男女间差异有统计学意义。男性脂肪肝组BMI、腰围、腰臂化、甘油三脂、ALT水平均显著高于非脂肪肝组;女性脂肪肝组BMI、腰围、腰臂比、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、空腹血糖、ALT水平均显著高于非脂肪肝组。随着BMI的增高,男女脂肪肝的患病率均不断上升,以≥30kg-1·m2时的患病率最高,分别为50.00%、63.16%,男女同性别间比较差异有统计学意义。在腰围、血酯、高血压病、糖尿病方面,除男性高血压病者外,其余各项指标同性别间脂肪肝的患病率,差异均有统计学意义。结论海门市农村社区的成人脂肪肝患病率与城市机关职员患病率相近,并有低龄化趋势,以中青年为主。脂肪肝的发生与BMI、腰围、腰臂比和甘油三酯等的关系密切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the prevalence of fatty liver in individuals in suburbs of Haimen city.Methods The general conditions (height,body weight,waist and buttock measurement and blood pressure),biochemical parameters and ultrasound exam were conducted in 670 individuals in the suburbs of the city.Results The prevalence of fatty liver was 12.99%(87/670),with 13.11% in men and 12.93% in women.The standardized prevalence was 23.54% and 9.53%,respectively.The prevalence in men was highest in greater than 30 year old group and in greater than 70 group in women.The latter was also in greater than 30 year old group when the prevalence was standardized.The body mass index,waist,waist hip ratio,serum triglyceride,cholesterol,glucose and alanine aminotransferase levels in individuals with fatty liver were obvioulsy higher than in those without.The male and female fatty liver prevalence increased as the body mass index getting high.Conclusion The prevalence of fatty liver in the rich suburbs of Jiangsu Province is as high as in the city and the occurrence of fatty liver is related to the body mass index,waist and waist hip ratio,and serum cholesterol level.更多还原
