以现场为中心收集证据的若干思考

【摘要】 犯罪现场是作案人实施犯罪行为的场所,在现场勘查中获取相关证据的基点就是犯罪现场。而以现场为中心收集证据就是按照现行的证据规则从不同层面获取诉讼证据,并按照证据的类别进行合理划分并以证据之间的内在规律构建不同的证据体系,进而完成侦查机关在刑事诉讼中所承担的职责。

【Abstract】 Scene of a crime is the main spot where the crime is committed and relative evidence is obtained. Collecting evidence around the scene is very important to establishing evidence system and to fulfilling the duty of investigation organs in the lawsuit.
