优化机件尺寸规格组合,提高纱线质量水平——建议四则
Optimization of Machine Part Integration for Better Product Quality
【摘要】 针对目前若干棉纺机件组合在实际生产中暴露的一些缺陷,提出建议:①细纱上罗拉元件中心距TW必须与下罗拉的中心距公称尺寸一致;②A201系列、FA251系列、PX2系列等精梳机整体锡林齿面角优化弧度及梳理区间和相应优化定时定位,有利于提高梳理度和产品质量,以供纺机和专件设计人员参考。
【Abstract】 As to the defects of the part combination of cotton spinning in practice,some advices are put forth as follow:① the uniformity of the centre gauge of both the upper roll and the bottom roll;② the optimized arc of cylinder wires of the combing machines A201,FA251 and PX2,the optimized time and optimized location in the combing area.They are helpful in combing process and product quality,only for information of the designing work.
