酰基吡唑啉酮氨基酸席夫碱配合物的合成、表征与极谱行为
Synthesis,characterization and polarographic behaviour of Schiff base complexes from acylpyrazolone and amino-acid
【摘要】 合成了新氨基酸席夫碱试剂1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基吡唑啉酮-5缩β-丙氨酸(HL)及其UO22+,Cu(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ)和Zn(Ⅱ)配合物.元素分析与摩尔电导值表明,新配合物的组成为[UO2HL2].H2O,[CuHL2].H2O,[NiHL2].2H2O和[ZnHL2].2H2O.运用红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振谱、热谱和磁矩对配合物进行了表征.并考察了铜配合物的极谱行为.结果表明席夫碱以3齿形式配位,配合物中心离子的配位数(除UO22+以外)均为6.
【Abstract】 A new amino-acid Schiff base,1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-benzoyl-5-pyrazolone-β-alanine(HL) and its UO2(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ) and Zn(Ⅱ) complexes have been synthesized.The general formula of complexes were evaluated as: [UO2HL2]·H2O,[CuHL2]·H2O,[NiHL2]·2H2O and [ZnHL2]·2H2O based on the elemental analysis and molar conductance.They were characterized by IR,UV-visible,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,thermal analyses and magnetic moments.The polarographic behaviour of Cu complex was determinated.These results show that the Schiff base is a tridentate ligand and the metal(ions) except UO22+exhibit six coordinated in the complexes.
