【摘要】 为了解决在层压板生产过程中胶液配方、计量、混料的问题,提高层压板质量,利用智能模块、传感器,采用一种改进的控制算法,以VisualBasic为开发平台,开发出进胶混料控制系统。系统除具有基本的混料控制功能外,还可以进行用户信息管理、计算胶液使用量、配方管理、实时状态监控等功能。经过实际应用,系统功能齐全,控制效果良好,提高了精度。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of glue recipes,measurement,mixing problems resulted form the production process and to improve the quality of laminated aboard,it’s necessary to adopt an improved control algorithms to develop a system in the control of basic mixing function based upon Visual Basic,which takes the advantage of intelligence modules and sensors.The system has the basic function of conducting information management and calculating the volume of the glue usage,managing recipes,and real-time monitoring and so on.The system is precised its all-inclusive functions and advanced control effect trough the practical application.更多还原
