3-对甲苯基-5-邻胂酸基苯偶氮罗丹宁荧光法测定痕量铋(Ⅲ)的研究

【摘要】 研究了新型荧光试剂3-对甲苯基-5-(2′-胂酸基苯偶氮)罗丹宁(TAPAR)的荧光性质,发现在pH 5.0~6.2的邻苯二甲酸氢钾-氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中,该试剂与痕量铋(Ⅲ)形成的螯合物,可使试剂的荧光强度大大减弱,其荧光猝灭值与铋(Ⅲ)的含量在0~0.02μg.mL-1范围内呈线性关系。据此,建立了一种荧光光谱法测定痕量铋(Ⅲ)的新方法。本法的检出限为1.6×10-9g.mL-1,可用于人发及水样中的痕量铋(Ⅲ)的测定。

【Abstract】 In the buffer solution of potassium biphthalate-sodium hydroxide at pH 5.0 to 6.2,the reagent TAPAR can react with trace bismuth(Ⅲ) to form a chelate which reduces the fluorescent intensity greatly at λexem=306/408 nm.The decrease of fluorescence intensity has a linear relationship against concentration of bismuth(Ⅲ) in the range of 0 to 0.02 μg·mL-1,the regression equation is-△F=23.606+203.957c(μg·mL-1),and the detection limit is 1.6×10-9g·mL-1.The chelate is stable for more than 20 hours at room temperature.A new method of spectrofluorometric determination of bismuth(Ⅲ) is developed,which can be used in the determination of bismuth(Ⅲ) in human hair and water samples.
