微波消解-MPT-AES法测定豆制品中的金属元素

【摘要】 用微波等离子体炬(MPT)为激发光源,氩气为等离子体工作气体,用气动雾化进样,研究了用微波消解-微波等离子体炬原子发射光谱法(MPT-AES)测定豆制品中的元素Ca,Mg,Zn,Mn的方法。考察了各微量元素的分析谱线波长、载气流量、工作气流量、氧屏蔽气压力和微波前向功率对元素Ca,Mg,Zn,Mn的发射强度的影响,分析了酸浓度及共存离子对其测定的影响,得到了测量不同金属离子的最佳工作条件,在最佳条件下测量元素Ca,Mg,Zn,Mn的检出限分别为3.17,8.23,9.21,1.29 ng/mL,精密度分别为1.79%,2.59%,1.20%,2.08%,加标回收率均在98.26%~100.35%。

【Abstract】 Using microwave plasma torch(MPT) as excitation light source,argon as support gas,the sample solution was introduced into a pneumatic atomizer system,the method of determining metal elements in beans by microwave digestion microwave plasma torch-atomic emission spectrometry(MPT-AES) was studied.Through experimental data,the influence of analytical line,microwave forward power,the flow rate of carrier gas and support gas,oxygen shield pressure on emission strength of metal elements of calcium,magnesium,zinc,manganese were chosen and optimized.The effects of acid concentration and coexistent ions on determination of metal ions were analyzed,and the experimental conditions were optimized.Under the optimum conditions,the detection limit are separately 3.17,8.23,9.21,1.29 ng/mL,RSD are separately 1.79%,2.59%,1.20%,2.08% and the standard addition recovery is all between 98.26% and 100.35% for calcium,manganese,zinc,magnesium.
