【摘要】 对猪附红细胞体(Ep ery throzoon su is)临床疑似病例和阳性感染手术摘脾猪血样中的病原形态进行的光镜和电镜观察。结果表明E.su is的形态近球形,直径在0.3~1.5μm之间,姬姆萨染色为紫红色圆点状,调节微调后有时可看到周围有淡蓝色的环绕,形似环形。阳性感染猪在摘除脾脏后第5 d出现明显的菌血症,红细胞的感染率18%~60%之间波动。临床疑似病例中只有部分血样为E.su is感染阳性,大部分为阴性;通过对E.su is外周血检查的不同方法进行比较,认为鲜血压片检查不适合作为E.su is感染的病原检查方法,采用血片的姬姆萨染色检查法时应以形态正常的红细胞上看到E.su is作为病原确诊的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 A large number of blood samples were examined by indirect blood microscopic observation,Giemsa stain and Acridina orange stain of peripheral blood smear.The results showed that the typical E.suis attaching to the surface of erythrocytes with a dimeter of 0.3 μm to 1.5 μm,stained a deep purple colour,but with a bluish tinge by Giemsa procedure.Morphologic features of E.suis were further confirmed in splenectomized pigs by light and scanning electron microscopic observation.Small coccoid and ring forms of E.suis were seen on the surface of erythrocytes of splenectomized pigs,which showed obvious parasitemia on 5th day after splenectomized and then fluctuated between 18% to 60%.But in suspected cases,some had a small number of organisms on the RBC,others were E.suis negative.These findings strongly suggest that the result of indirect blood microscopic observation can not reflect the actual level of parasitemia in E.suis infected pigs and the observation of Giemsa stain of peripheral blood smear should be based on the typical microscopic features of organism on the surface of normal erythrocytes.更多还原
