【Abstract】 Adverse medical events and medical errors happened frequently, which call for the establishment of a perfect patient safety system. Law can regulate people,s behaviors and it should take an active pole in patient safety system. Drawing lessons from foreign experience, Chinese Patient Safety Law should focus on the establishment of a systematic accident-proof mechanism. in the course of legislation such principles should be followed: the patient-focused care principle, the prevention-orientated principle,the social systems engineering principle and the principle of social relief.更多还原
