【摘要】 在人类社会大踏步地跨入21世纪之际,我国教育进入了历史转折的紧要关头。随着计划经济向市场经济的过渡,伴随着加入WTO对教育提出的新挑战,作为教育调控系统的整个教育制度体系,都受到了前所未有的冲击:有的必须终结,有的必须留存,而各种新的教育制度也有待于确立或完善。通过对教育制度终结障碍、策略作一简要探讨,以期利于我国教育制度的建设与变革。更多还原

【Abstract】 At the time the human society walk with vigovous strides into the 21st century,the education in our country comes to an urgent point.With the transition from plan economy to market economy and the changes brought by the accession of WTO of our comtry,the whole education system is suffering unprecedented impacts, some must be ended,the other must be kept.Meanwhile,the new education system of various kind is to be founded or improved.This paper briefly analyzes the barrior and the tactics to the education system ending,in the hope of doing good to the construction and reform.更多还原
