【Abstract】 This paper introduces the concepts and contents of education action research theory. It mainly approaches its application to the practical teaching. Teachers use the detailed steps listed in the action research, combined with all kinds of knowledge including cognitive linguistics, psychology etc., to continuously study and analyze the teaching result, set up a new teaching plan and guide the teaching.
