【摘要】 试验以混合均匀度为观测指标研究了4种饲料混合机——小型腰鼓式混合机、中型腰鼓式混合机、锥形悬臂双螺旋行星式混合机和卧式双螺旋环带式混合机在0.6的装载系数下的最佳混合时间。物料为膨润土和麦芽根粉,示踪剂为硫酸亚铁。测定各时间点样品中的亚铁离子含量,用于计算CV。结果表明:这4种混合机的最佳混合时间分别为4、6、8、5min;混合时间过短或过长均会降低饲料产品的混合均匀度。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this trial, by studying the four kinds of feed mixer’s evenness variation in different mixing time at 0.6 load rate , try to find out four kinds of mixer--small drum type mixer, middling drum type mixer, cone cantilever double spiral planet type mixer and horizontal double spiral annular belt type mixer’s best mixing time. The diluents are bentonite and wheat roots. The indicator is FeSO2·H2O in order to trace the Fe2+ in sample of different time, then count the CV. The result shows that these four kinds of mixer’s best mixing times are 4 min,6min,8min and 5min. The evenness will decrease if the mixing time is too short or too long.更多还原
