生物制剂对合浦鹅生长性能和养分利用率的影响

【摘要】 72只28日龄合浦鹅随机被分为3组,用来研究生物制剂对其生长性能、养分利用率的影响。处理1为基础日粮组,处理2为基础日粮加酶组,处理3为基础日粮加酶和益生素组。饲养试验结果表明:28 ̄49日龄阶段,处理2、3组的日增重明显高于处理1组(P<0.05),饲料效率得到明显改善(P<0.05);49 ̄70日龄阶段,各处理组生长性能无明显差异(P>0.05);整个试验期,处理2、3组日增重和饲料效率都明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。代谢试验结果表明:在生长后期,添加生物制剂对养分利用率无明显提高。

【Abstract】 72 Hepu geese at age of 28d were randomly divided into 3 groups to study the effect of biological reagent on performance, nutrients availability. The result of feeding trial showed: In period of 28~49 days, daily gain and feed efficiency of group 2 and group 3 were significantly higher than those of group 1(P<0.05);However, no much difference was found in performance among 3 groups during period of 49~70 days(P>0.05); In the whole period, the results were the same as those in the first period. There were no much difference occurred in nutrients availability among 3 diets in metabolic trial during period of 56~61days.
