关于注射模排气系统的探讨

【摘要】 该文对注塑生产过程中模具内气体的来源及其对注塑生产的危害进行了探讨,提出了塑料注射模设计时选取排气位置的原则,并简述了计算排气槽截面尺寸的方法。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the air source in the mould and its bad effect on the plastic injection production in the plastic airticle production process is probed.The selection principle of air exhaust part in the plastic injection air exhaust slot section dimension computation is introduced.
