【摘要】 收入差距是人们普遍关心的一个问题。党的十六届三中全会《决定》提出,“加大收入分配调节力度,重视解决部分社会成员收入差距过分扩大问题”。为贯彻党的十六大和十六届三中全会精神,中共中央十六届四中全会提出加强党的执政能力建设。这有利于充分体现党的先进性,使党带领人民走共同富裕的社会主义道路。可见,如何全面、正确地认识居民收入差距扩大问题,提出对社会公正问题的思考和建议,对于维护社会稳定,全面建设小康社会,加快推进社会主义现代化建设具有十分重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The income disparity among people is a problem widespreadly concerned.The Resolution the Third Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee has put forward: "We should increase the dynamics of income adjustment and take into account the problem excessively amplified of the difference between the rich and the poor".In order to implement the spirit of the Sixteenth National Congress of CPC and the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee,The Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of CPC has put forward: "To enhance the Party’s ability of being in power is advantageous to fully reflecting the advance of the Communist Party of China and to leading people to the socialist road of common prosperty."
