1,6-二磷酸果糖联合参麦注射液治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病合并心肌损害临床研究

【摘要】 目的:观察1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)联合参麦注射液治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)合并心肌损害的疗效。方法:63例HIE合并心肌损害的患儿随机分为治疗组33例,对照组30例,两组常规治疗相同,对照组加用复方丹参注射液,治疗组加用FDP和参麦注射液。结果:治疗组在心电图恢复、心肌酶谱恢复、临床症状改善时间以及治疗第5、10天NBNA评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:FDP联合参麦注射液治疗HIE合并心肌损害疗效显著,值得临床推广。

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of fructose 1,6-diphosphate (FDP) and shenmai injection treatment on new-born babies with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) complicated with myocardial injury. Methods: 63 HIE neonates complicated with myocardial injury were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group of 33 cases were treated with FDP and shenmai injection while the control group of 30 cases were treated with danshen injection beside the routine therapy. Results: Recovery of ECG and myocardial enzymes as well as clinical presentations were significantly more rapid in treatment group than those in control group, and NBNA scores on duration on the 5th day and the 10th day increased markedly in the treatment group compared with that in the control group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusions: FDP combined with Shenmai injection was of obvious efficiency in the treatment of HIE complicated with myocardial injury.
